Best time to visit Bhagsu Falls

In the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, there is a place called Bhagsu Falls. It is specifically located in the village of Bhagsu, around 2 kilometres from McLeod Ganj and about 11 kilometres from Dharamshala.

The falls are reachable by car, and visitors from McLeod Ganj can either take a taxi or climb up to the falls.

Bhagsu Falls is open to visitors all day long, from early in the morning to late in the evening. The trail leading up to the falls can be rather dark and dangerous at night, so it is best to go during the day.

The trek is very popular because of its very easy accessibility. I must say it's easier than that. Most of the part of the track is fenced. You can go there and come back within a day. No need to carry food or water bottles, all are available along the track. Can hire tent at peak. No guides are required.
